Hi, I’m Rachel. I started this program after I found out I had an aggressive form of breast cancer at age 44. After surgery, chemo, and radiation I wanted to make healthy eating and living possible to busy women around me.

I graduated from the LIfe Coach School and Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health the next year after cancer treatments and enjoy spending my time spreading the impact stopping sugar has had on my life and health.
